Fall Fact
Why is the
fall foliage different in New Brunswick? The fall colours tend to be a vivacious red compared to other provinces. This is due to the higher number of red maple trees as well as the
variety of tree types. The best time to see these “lipstick” and “pumpkin-like” colours is around the first two weeks of October during Canada’s Thanksgiving Weekend.
